The Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 was unveiled at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show, and its name has two special meanings.
"Sián" means "lightning" in Bolognese, a clear reference to electrification.
"FKP 37" is a tribute to Ferdinand Karl Piëch (1937–2019), former president of the Volkswagen Group, responsible for incorporating Lamborghini into the group and ensuring its survival and expansion.
The model was born as an extremely limited edition, created to anticipate the philosophy that would give rise to the Lamborghini Revuelto, launched in 2023.
Cultural Impact and Exclusivity
The Sián FKP 37 became an icon immediately after its launch, not only because it was the first hybrid Lamborghini, but also because of its rarity.
Only 63 units of the coupé were produced, in honor of Lamborghini's founding year (1963). In addition, there were 19 roadsters, totaling 82 cars.
