Ferrari's Icona series was created to celebrate the team's most glorious moments in racing. The Daytona SP3 was unveiled in November 2021 during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali at Mugello.
Its name refers to the 1967 24 Hours of Daytona, when three Ferrari prototypes (330 P3/4, 330 P4, and 412P) crossed the finish line in formation, taking the first three places. It was a direct response to Ford's victories at Le Mans, immortalizing Italian dominance in that historic race.

Exclusivity and Cultural Impact
The Daytona SP3 was produced in a limited edition, intended for select Ferrari customers. Only 599 units were built, and all were sold out before the official unveiling.
